Local Authors at Carstairs Public Library

Carstairs Public Library prides itself on being a community hub for programs and collections. As such, we are proud to launch our Read Local Authors collection. This collection will help local authors reach an audience, and help the community find materials that have been created by and about people from the Carstairs area.

All local authors are invited to donate a copy of their work to the library to be included in the collection. For more details please contact Megan Ginther mginther@prl.ab.ca

Gallery Wall Space at Carstairs Public Library

Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Carstairs Public Library we are able to offer a space for local artists to share their works with the community and brighten our space. Our mission is to be a place for everyone. We want to encourage creativity and foster collaborative relationships throughout our community through spaces like this.
