Meeting Room
The Library has a room that can be booked by community members for meetings or small gatherings. It comes complete with

The room can be booked 2 months in advance on a first come first serve basis and it costs $10 per hour to rent.

The OWL
Thanks to the Friends of the Carstairs Library our meeting space is equipped with an OWL teleconferencing device.
​
The OWL includes a 360 degree camera, multiple mics and speakers so you can put it in the middle of your meeting and include online participants in your meeting.
​
OWL works with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting and Google Meet, Slack and Webex software. It's easy to set up and use.
